REVAMPING VIC PAYNE STUDIO WEBSITE
Discover the Magic of Vic Payne Studio & Gallery’s Fresh Digital Canvas
Nestled in the heart of Meeteetse, Wyoming, where the rugged beauty of the West converges with artistic expression, Vic Payne Studio & Gallery awaits both art enthusiasts and nature lovers. Back in 2004, our family relocated to Cody, WY, and as we explored the surrounding beauty and rich history of Wyoming, Vic fell in love with the historic town of Meeteetse as well as an old building in major disrepair called the Meeteetse Mercantile. In 2018, Vic acquired this historic gem to house his sculpting studio.
Over the past six years, Vic, and I embarked on a transformative journey, remodeling the right side of the Meeteetse Mercantile into Vic’s sculpting studio and an exquisite art gallery. Simultaneously, we recognized the need to breathe new life into our digital presence. The original Vic Payne Studio website, born in 2004, had served us well, but it was time for a much-needed change.
While Vic and I had our hands full with the Mercantile’ s remodel, navigating the intricacies of website design was not in our wheelhouse. A visionary partnership emerged when we connected with Matt Brozovich (a.k.a. Broz), a web and graphic designer from Denver, Colorado. Broz collaborated with us to create a website that not only showcases Vic’s exquisite bronze sculptures but also celebrates other renowned artists from around the country. As our website launches, we invite visitors to explore its intuitive interface, where high-resolution images reveal the intricate details of each sculpture, painting, or mixed media artwork – allowing viewers to fully appreciate the artistry. Broz seamlessly integrated social media features, encouraging clients to share comments and images of their favorite pieces in their homes or offices.
For those seeking a more personal connection with art, we invite you to visit Vic Payne Studio & Gallery, conveniently located across the street from both the Meeteetse Museum and the Meeteetse Chocolatier. The Meeteetse’s Museum, a trifecta of natural, cultural, and artistic heritage, awaits discovery. Meanwhile, the Meeteetse Chocolatier tantalizes taste buds with unique and decadent artisan Belgian chocolates, truffles, and other delightful treats.
As gallery owners and fellow art enthusiasts, Vic and I are delighted to share the magic of Vic Payne Studio & Gallery with you. Our revamped website and the newly renovated lower level of the historic Meeteetse Mercantile transcend mere artistic platforms; they embody our unwavering commitment to the beauty of art, the preservation of history, and the enduring of the spirit of the American West.
Whether you are drawn to history, indulging your sweet tooth, or simply immersing yourself in the art world, Meeteetse offers something extraordinary. Join us on this captivating journey as we invite you to explore the new website and immerse yourself in the artistry. Through this blog, we will keep you informed about Vic’s latest studio creations, highlight our represented artist’s works, and share informative and insightful tidbits about the art world. We look forward to sharing more captivating moments with you.
